Buying a Holiday Van

If you are interested in purchasing a holiday van within our park, you must make sure the following conditions are met:

You have approached park management an ensured the current owner has written approval to sell
Fill in and provide management with an application form
Provide management with current Police Check or Working with Children check
Once documentation has been received, you will need written approval from management that you can indeed purchase the van
Provide management with bill of sale
Pay an administration fee of $1,000.00 entry and $1000,00 exit Fee
Enter into a Long-Term Casual Occupation Agreement
Obtain a weclome pack from the office
