BOOKING TERMS

SEASONS & MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS 

Low Season = May – October
Shoulder Season = October – April
Peak Season = December /January School Holidays, Easter & October Long Weekends

Low season and off peak season – minimum 2-night stay on all accommodation
Peak season (school holidays) –minimum 7-night on all accommodation
Peak season (Easter long weekend) – minimum 4-night stay on all accommodation
Peak season (October long weekend) – minimum 3-night stay on all accommodation

Park Managers may vary the minimum stay for peak periods; however this is limited to selected sites\cabins where there is a shorter vacancy between confirmed bookings and therefore we cannot guarantee a short duration will be acceptable at the time you make your booking.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to secure each reservation.
For all bookings, a deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation/site tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation.
If your reservation falls during Peak Season (school holidays, Easter and the October long weekend) you will be required to pay a deposit of $100.
Reservations will not be guaranteed without a deposit. If a deposit is not paid by the required date, your reservation will be cancelled.

The balance of your accommodation is due as follows:
Booking within 30 days = Payment in full is required
Low & Shoulder Season = 30 days before arrival 
Easter /Long weekends/School Holidays 30 days prior to arrival 
Christmas/Dec/Jan Holidays = 31st October

Please Note : We are now a Cashless Business.
Our office will only accept cash for the purchase of bags of ice & change for washing facilities.

CANCELLATIONS

IMPORTANT: Should you wish to vacate your site early due to weather conditions, no refund or credit will be given. Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short for any reason. 

  • For cancellations made 31 days or more before your arrival date a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance (if any) credited to you; we do not offer refunds, only credits.
  • For cancellations made less than 31 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be deducted and the balance (if any) will be credited to you; we do not offer refunds, only credits.
  • For cancellations made 31 days or less for PEAK SEASON, NO credit or Refund will apply. We do not offer refunds.
  • Credit notes are transferable and valid for 10 months
  • Credits cannot be used during Peak times.
  • Cancellations or application for credits or refunds must be in writing.
  • Please note a 1.56% surcharge will be incurred on all credit card transactions.
  • Credit cards will be charged if cancellation fees apply.
  • Minimum stays will be required for both high-season stays and long weekend stays.
  • All linen and towels are included at no extra cost in our cabin prices.
  • Cabins are minimum 2 night bookings or a $80 cleaning cost occurs.

Seachange Parks and associated entities including, but not limited to, Seachange Living NSW Pty Ltd , The Grange Pty Ltd and Seachange Holiday Parks Pty Ltd, will not be held responsible for any loss or damage in any form incurred directly or indirectly by a third party.

Heritage Cabins

The one-bedroom Heritage cabin comfortably sleeps two adults with a queen bed. We supply your bedding, pillows and towels. You have spacious bathroom facilities. You’ll have an LCD television with a DVD player, R/C air conditioner, microwave, bench top oven and a patio with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the unspoiled views.

Family Cabins

Perfect for a family holiday, our family cabins can sleep a family of five comfortably, or four adults.There is one queen bed and one trio room with a double bed and a single above. All linen and towels are provided with the cabin.

Powered Sites

Bring your caravan or your tent and enjoy our powered or unpowered sites. Every site comes on large, level grasslands , and all of the powered sites have water access.
